How do I invite employees to join our Org?
- Method 1:
After creating an organization in Beem App, you'll get a QR Code, Invitation Code, and an Invitation Link through the APP. You can send any of these to your colleagues, in any of these ways the team members can apply to join the org.
- Method 2:
Through Admin Suite, you can invite employees by their phone numbers individually or upload a members list in bulk via "Members & Departments".
Can I create departments or sub-departments?
- Yes. Navigate to 'Organization Settings > Departments' to create and manage your organization’s structure.
How do I assign admins?
- In the admin management, select a member and assign him as Admin.
What happens when I remove a member?
- The member will lose access immediately. Their documents and history will remain in the system unless deleted or reassigned.
Why can't I see the option of the Admin from the side bar or after clicking the profile photo?
- Only the founder of the organization, the primary administrator, and administrators have the option of the Admin Suite.
- If you are an administrator of the organization, please confirm whether you have logged into the correct organization account by clicking your profile photo and checking the organization name. If you have logged into an incorrect organization account, you will not be able to see the option of the Admin Suite.
Why is the member account status "Inactive"?
- The member has agreed to join the organization but has not yet logged into the account.
- The administrator has sent a member a link via SMS or email, but the member has not opened the link and activated their account.
- Click Remind to remind members to join the organization or activate their accounts on time.
Why did the bulk import of members fail?
- Duplicate phone numbers or email addresses are used in the import list.
- Outdated template. Download the latest template and try again.
- Insufficient seats. The number of members to be imported in bulk can't be more than the number of remaining seats in the organization.
- Refer to the error notification to find the root cause of the issue.

How do I log into Beem for the first time?
- You'll receive an invitation from the organization admin. Click the link to set your password and access your workspace.
Does Beem support login to multiple devices?
- Yes, Beem supports login to multiple devices
Can I login to more than one organization?
- Yes, Beem supports login to up to 20 organizations. You can find it through Profile-Add Account.
Where can I update my profile?
- Click your avatar in the top-left corner, then click your Profile photo to update it.
How do I start a chat or video call with a colleague?
- Go to 'Contacts' to start a chat or click the phone/camera icon for an audio/video call.
Can I share and co-edit documents with others?
- Yes. Go to 'Docs', create a new document, and use the share button to invite others. All changes are saved in real time.
Can I create online sheets, slides?
- Yes, you can create online sheets and slides.
- You also can use the upload feature, to upload your local sheets, slides to Beem Drive. It also supports online previews and sharing with others.
Where can I find my meetings and tasks?
- Check the 'Calendar' tab to view upcoming meetings, or check the 'Tasks' tab to track assignments.
I'm not receiving notifications what should I do?
- Please check your Beem notification settings: 'Settings-Notifications' and ensure Beem has permission on your device (especially for mobile app users).
