Keep your important conversations always accessible by pinning them to the top of your chat list. Pinning a chat ensures that key messages are easy to find, helping you stay organized and saving time. Follow the steps below to pin your chats on both desktop and mobile devices.
Option 1: From the Chat List
- Right-click the chat you want to pin.
- Select Pin from the menu.
Option 2: From Chat Settings
- Open the chat you want to pin.
- Go to Chat Settings.
- Turn on the Pin to Top switch.
