- Click New Event, add details like title, time, participants, then save.
Q2. Can I schedule a recurring meeting?
- Yes. When creating an event, choose Repeat and set the frequency.
Q3. How do I share my calendar with colleagues?
- Open Calendar, select Share Schedule from the top , and share it with your colleagues.
Q4. How do I reschedule or cancel an event?
- Open the event, click Edit, change details, then save or select delete Event.
Q5: Which events are synchronized to my Exchange Calendar?
- Only events specifically created under the Exchange Calendar selection will be synchronized. Please note that events created in your default calendar (which shares the same name as your Organization username) remain local and will not be synchronized to Exchange.
